Use the wheel freely: in class, at work, on streams and in giveaways. First a short list of what is and is not allowed; the details follow.

- Use it in class, at work and at home
- Run prize draws, including commercial ones
- Use it on streams, in videos and in OBS
- Embed the wheel on your own website
- Share links and templates
You can’t
- Use it for gambling or betting with money
- Put insults, threats or illegal content on shared wheels
- Publish other people’s personal data without their consent
- Run bots or flood the service with requests
- Pretend to be this service
Giveaways and prizes
The organiser is responsible for the rules of a giveaway, the prizes and following the law in their country. A draw proof shows one thing: the list and the result were not changed after the draw started.
Links and content
You are responsible for what you put on your wheel. We may disable a link that breaks these rules. Shared wheels and proofs are deleted 365 days after they were last opened.
The service as it is
The service is free and may change or be unavailable from time to time. Keep a copy of important lists yourself, for example as a CSV export from History.
